Start with a 20-minute introductory conversation. If there is a fit, we arrange a 60-minute discovery session.
No passwords, inbox access, raw databases or confidential files need to be shared. An NDA can be signed.Within five business days of discovery and receiving the required inputs, you receive the report. We then validate and review the findings and assumptions together.
Free for the first 5 businessesImplement yourself, or commission a separately paid, fixed-scope implementation. We agree the baseline, price, target and necessary access before starting.

Usually a description of the work, approximate task volumes and timings, and safe examples such as blank templates, redacted screenshots or anonymised messages. The assessment does not require passwords, inbox access, raw customer databases, patient records or confidential employee files.
Yes. We can agree confidentiality, including an NDA, before discovery. We also agree which information may be recorded, retained or processed using external AI services. Implementation access is discussed separately. Please do not send confidential documents in your initial enquiry.

In return, we ask for honest feedback and a willingness to consider separately paid implementation if there is a compelling business case. We would also appreciate a testimonial if you benefit from the assessment.
No. That is our assessment target, not a guaranteed finding. Estimates use your actual workflows and agreed assumptions. If the opportunity cannot be substantiated, we say so. Owner and employee time are kept separate from direct cash savings.
This is entirely up to you. We recommend it when there is a credible business case: for example at least R100,000 in total annual opportunity or at least one workflow worth R40,000 annually.
This should include an agreed baseline and success metric, and expected first-year benefit of at least twice the implementation price. Ongoing operating costs are included in the business case.
Not by default. We agree what can be automated and what needs human review. For high-impact outputs, review points, visible error handling and a manual fallback are part of the implementation scope. The aim is useful assistance, not unexamined automation.
